Job Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional sourcing projects to address:
• Analysis of industry trends and conditions that affect internal stakeholders and external suppliers and/or pricing
• Analysis of bids based on total cost/supply to identify opportunities to achieve optimal value
• Communicates effectively to broad audiences, ensuring consistency of understanding & implementation in varied markets while providing appropriate rationale and context to drive commitment
• Understand and mitigate risk from the supply base
• Evaluation of vendors, firms and other consultants based on pre-determined selection
• Development of the sourcing strategy
• Participate in professional development activities to keep abreast of current industry best practices while ensuring compliance with Cosmopolitan’s policies and Sourcing best practices
• Execution of the RFI, RFQ and RFP processes
• Preparation and execution of contracts as well as perform post-award administration

Qualification & Experience:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of applications
• Experience with purchasing and purchasing products for F&B inventories (minimum five (5) years); purchasing food or beverage items (minimum five (5) year)
• Detailed and structured cost/financial analysis experience
