Converse Careers – Supply Chain Innovation Manager

Job Description:

As the Supply Chain Innovation Manager in North America, you will play a meaningful role in crafting the future of the Converse Supply Chain across the US and Canada, by acting as the lead across the areas of Supply Chain Innovation, performance management and operations analytics.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with both North America (the Geography), the Global Operations teams and other business functions to develop plans and strategies that enable Converse to meet or exceed business goals. You will also foster operations analytics and performance management for the geo operations team!
• To be successful in this role, you should be a strategic problem solver, a strong project manager, a flexible and analytical problem solver and a strong communicator and facilitator!
• Work together with Geography Operations Leadership team and Geography Corporate strategy team to identify key priorities for the supply chain and develop strategy roadmap for geography.
• Join forces with the Global Supply Chain Innovation team to offer to the short, and long-term tactical planning cycle in support of distribution, logistics, and technology strategies.
• Deliver analytics products to Operations teams within the geography in partnership with the global operations analytics team
• Drive performance management framework and govern overall performance across the supply chain within the geo
• Collaborate with Geography Operations and Global Supply Chain Innovations teams to develop and lead project plans to bring strategy to life including but not limited to defining breakthroughs, leading all aspects of progress, and participating in program governance to share overall progress.

Job Requirements:

• Solid track record working with team members across functions and at all levels through an open, engaging, and collaborative style
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain

Qualification & Experience:

• Experience supporting business initiatives and strategies
• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, Tactical Planning or related field)
• 3-5 years of proven experience working within supply chain areas of distribution, transportation, or related areas
• Project management experience preferred
