Job Description: Cigna's Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) provides early career candidates the opportunity to be directly involved with the ongoing operations of a dynamic health care industry leader. The projects OLDP associates oversee and the teams they manage have a direct impact on the health, well-being and peace of mind of those we serve. Job Responsibilities: A formal mentorship program with business leaders to support continuous development throughout the program Cross Program Summit with networking and training opportunities with all of Cigna's Leadership and Development programs. A multi-week training during your first summer providing an introduction to the industry, corporate structure, and company leaders. Formal training and development of management skills such as business acumen, effective communication, conflict resolution, assessing talent, data analysis, and motivating others.
