Job Description:
Cerner continues to grow, and we’re hiring a Client Service Manager for our Health Network Consulting group. As a Client Service Manager, you will build and maintain relationships with client leadership through consistent engagement and support; advocate within Cerner to ensure that client needs and challenges are understood; manage client profitability, including invoicing, accounts receivable, cash collections, and write-off processes; and execute plans to increase client satisfaction. Finally, you will coordinate contractual interactions with the client and escalate issues requiring executive attention and track to resolution. Qualification & Experience:
- 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
- 1-year sales, business development, client relationship management, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
