As a Client Service Manager, you will build and maintain relationships with client leadership through consistent engagement and support; advocate within Cerner to ensure that client needs and challenges are understood; manage client profitability, including invoicing, accounts receivable, cash collections, and write-off processes; and execute plans to increase client satisfaction.
