Job Description:

Oversees the daily operation of the Food Services division including safety, guest service, cleanliness, quality, staff management and training.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develops strategy and plan of action to address staffing challenges.
  • Ensures compliance with federal and state laws, as well as corporate/company/department policies, including but not limited to Minor Labor law, alcohol laws and policies, and health department standards.
  • Monitors Associate performance, providing recognition, coaching and counseling based on results.
  • Monitors and ensures all safety procedures are enforced.
  • Provides Associates with necessary information, training, tools and equipment to do their jobs effectively and safely.
  • Works with Workforce Manager to ensure scheduling templates are accurate and available to staff each location in the park appropriately.
  • Greets, answers questions, provides a high level of service, and resolves complaints from guests.
  • Ensures all work, guest, service and storage areas are cleaned and meet local and state sanitation guidelines.
  • Ensures achievement of department per capita and revenue goals within an established labor and cost of sale budget.
  • Oversees and directs the work of Associates working at food locations throughout the park .
  • Promotes a safe environment for all Associates, conducting building audits on a regular basis to ensure that PPE is available and being used appropriately and that all equipment is functioning properly.

Job Requirements:

  • Position requires the ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass a mandatory (random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
  • Ability to pass a background check, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
