Job Description:

The Marketing Campaign Manager will contribute to and fully understand the business targets for a 12 month campaign. The ideal candidate is an excellent collaborator who continually takes an innovative approach to ensure best practice marketing is part of campaign design The Marketing Campaign Manager is an experienced marketer and will help manage and develop digital and non-digital campaigns across RICOH’s product portfolio to boost sales pipeline, support retention initiatives and drive revenue. Marketing Campaign Manager is creative, collaborative and has a passion for digital marketing. The Campaign Manager will be responsible for the creation and execution of the end-to-end campaign strategy and activities that support our business objectives. This role will specialize in developing integrated marketing campaigns and programs across all relevant channels, including digital, social, paid media and events.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Translate business goals and objectives into marketing plans, actionable integrated campaign strategies and audience-specific content marketing strategies that deliver engagement, leads, pipeline and revenue
  • Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns by employing a mix of creative tactics, including multi-channel digital programs, content marketing, search engine optimization, account-based marketing, social media, events, advertising and direct mail
  • Manage campaign calendar across all marketing channels and product suites, ensuring contact policies are adhered to
  • Manage website content, including monthly website updates, to ensure relevant campaigns and products are featured
  • Expertise in marketing automation, including setting up multi-step campaigns and optimizing existing programs, and experience using CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Partner with the Demand Generation on wider team and business initiatives, such as lead nurture and account-based marketing, always ensuring new programs are aligned with marketing campaign and business objectives
  • Represent the marketing program to senior leadership and strategic stakeholders, presenting views of the program by portfolio and product as required
  • Contribute to marketing reporting, including analysis of campaign performance and recommendations for improvement
  • Facilitate best practice marketing team workshops to continuously improve and review campaign performance
  • Produce effective sales tools and marketing materials including web content and marketing campaign assets
  • Accountable for content marketing initiatives, including case studies, webinars, videos and advertisements
  • Ensure that the organization’s brand message and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
  • Plan and carry out timely campaign delivery and execution
  • Identify and analyze gaps and actions plans to course-correct throughout a campaign to optimize the program’s performance
  • Communicate on a regularly scheduled cadence to ensure stakeholder alignment
  • Understand buyer journey

Job Requirements:

  • Outstanding B2B writing and PowerPoint skills
  • Deep knowledge of the marketing funnel, metrics and analytics to optimize campaigns
  • Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation systems
  • Adept with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and paid advertising techniques

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field of study or commensurate combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years in digital marketing and campaign management experience
  • B2B experience in Healthcare, Manufacturing or IT sector experience preferred
  • Demonstrated excellence and experience in creating and executing strategies that drive demand through digital channels
  • Experience developing, executing and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns including digital, social media, search, email, advertising, events and content creation
