Job Description:
GPXpress is seeking a motivated individual with proven abilities to multi-task, make decisions and collaborate with end user customers, sales, and internal teams. The Business and Customer Support Associate is responsible for providing superior service to internal and end user customers. This position requires strong communication skills, creativity, and dedication to researching and resolving problems. Individuals in this role may be required to travel to customer locations and work a flexible work schedule to maintain the department operations. The department is open Monday-Thursday from 7:00am-6:00pm, and Friday 7:00am-5:00pm.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with category managers and quality teams to resolve issues, suggest long-term solutions, and share knowledge of new products/dispensers
- Improving, maintaining, and communicating system, product and process knowledge with GP Pro field sales, distribution, and customers
- Utilizing suggestive selling of products and services during customer-initiated interaction
- Analyzing business needs through ongoing maintenance of metrics, reports and dashboards that drive key business decisions
- Demonstrating self-initiative to continuously create efficiencies through creativity, experimentation, and ideation
- Making well educated decisions in a fast-paced environment and continuously share information within the team, demonstrating and promoting superior customer service
- Responding to inbound interactions, answer internal and external customer questions, product orders and issues through phone, emails, and chat
- Recording, troubleshooting, and analyzing end user issues; proactively search for solutions and provide customers with a positive experience
- Collaborating with the sales team to create more efficient processes and develop/enhance self service capabilities
- Maintaining current knowledge of dispensers and products to service internal and external customer and sales needs accurately and efficiently
Job Requirements:
- Four (4) years or more of business experience in Marketing, Sales, IT, Finance, Business to Business Technical, Sales
- Support or Customer facing work experience
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited four (4) year college or university with an anticipated graduation date within one (1) year
- Microsoft Office experience including Excel (create and modify spreadsheets using formulas, ability to manipulate data, ability to perform data analysis), Word and PowerPoint (create and modify documents)
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four (4) year college or university
Qualification & Experience:
- Three (3) years or more work experience in Marketing, Sales, IT, Finance, Business to Business Technical, Sales Support or
- Customer facing work
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Experience in a customer service role
- Experience analyzing data and producing reports
- Experience collaborating with multiple departments
