Job Description:

This opening will be part of the talent strategy work happening in partnership with Human Resources and Learning & Development. This person will be joining the concept development group. This group helps accelerate the development of ideas around the prioritized set of challenges the talent strategy team are focused on. The role will be assigned to specific challenges and work across areas to develop solutions.

Job Requirements:

Qualification & Experience:

• A demonstrated ability to understand user and business challenges and lead groups in developing creative solutions to these challenges.
• Experiences in disciplines such as design thinking or similar creative problem solving and solution development methods are a plus.
• Experience in concept development or new product/solution development is desirable.
