Job Description:

Busch Gardens Williamsburg is looking for an Ambassador Services Coordinator to help us make sure that our Ambassadors stand out and are easily spotted across a huge crowd and that our guests can confidently reach out to. We support both parks’ uniform needs so that our Ambassadors can proficiently serve our guests as well as represent our park culture. This is not just an opportunity for the skilled seamstress with years of experience, but as well as for beginners who has the basic sewing skills and wanted to learn more on their craft.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work under time constraints to meet reasonable demands of Ambassadors
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking
• Communicates with the Ambassadors and the Ambassador Services team to determine theirs needs and meet the demands of the parks
• Enter and update information in inventory tracking system and stock inventory
• Assist new and current Ambassadors with uniform distribution, to include laundry and other duties assigned What it takes to succeed:

• Measure and fit uniform items according to ambassador’s needs
