Job Description: As an Ambassador Housing Village Coordinator, you’ll deliver a wide variety of vital support to the Human Resources department. You’ll perform a wide variety of duties including front desk and routine custodial services to Ambassador Housing Village. Working at our Ambassador Housing Village, you’ll primary work with our International Program Participants. You’ll play a key role in ensuring their cultural exchange experiences is positive and mutually beneficial for them and our company. Job Responsibilities: Provide stellar guest service to our leaders, Ambassadors, applicants, and guests whether on the phone or in person Use gas powered vacuums/blowers and high pressure water hoses Support other assigned tasks Contribute to and coordinate our park’s culture and fun events for Ambassadors Perform other duties as assigned Assist with internal and external HR related inquires and/or requests Assist with housing-related inquiries and/or requests Perform basic housekeeping tasks Perform routine custodial services to the Ambassador Housing Village Assist with cleaning of equipment and proper storage Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors and our Guests Have basic understanding of custodial and grounds equipment Work at the Ambassador Housing Village Front Desk to assist Participants Perform general office duties Job Requirements: May sit/stand for several hours at a time. Must be able to read, write, and speak English Repetitive use of hands to operate computers, printers, and copiers. Must be able to work in outside weather conditions (i.e., sunny, wet, and/or humid conditions) Must have strong written/verbal communication skills Working indoors and outdoors Must be able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment Prolonged exposure to computer screens. Must be able to occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds Finger dexterity and hand strength required to sort papers and prep files.
