Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assist with transfers of patients to transporting EMS units as needed.
• Complete all documentation related to emergency/first aid care to guest and ambassador patients.
• Operate vehicles, if necessary, for emergency responses and transportations.
• Provide emergency medical and first aide care to guests and ambassadors following national and state standards.
• Re-stock and replace used linens, blankets and other supplies after each patient, and cleans all equipment following appropriate disinfecting procedures.
• Conduct daily inspection of vehicle, supplies and equipment to ensure compliance with Texas state requirements.
• Establish and maintain a positive atmosphere which ensures the highest level of ambassador performance and guest service while enforcing and complying with safety procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of first aid stations and other miscellaneous cleaning duties as needed.

Qualification & Experience:

• Willing to comply with and ensure ambassadors comply with all SEA grooming guidelines and employment standards.
• Strong comprehensive and communication skills.
• Able to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude to ensure excellent guest service.
• Able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Consistently practices safe work habits including, but not limited to the use of personal protective equipment, lifting and reporting of unsafe situations
• Able to receive and comprehend instructions verbally and/or in writing as well as use logical reasoning for simple and complex problem solving.
• Able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 lbs. of equipment.
• Able to stand, walk, and work for long periods of time in extreme weather conditions.
• Possess and maintain a current Texas EMT-B or higher Texas certification.
• Able to successfully complete all legal, company and department training requirements to include but not limited to passing required tests and certifications within established timelines
