Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide table service, including taking and filling food and drink orders, clearing tables and assisting with special dining needs when necessary
• Available to work varying shifts/hours based on business need, to include opening, mid, and closing shifts; nights, weekends, and holidays
• Interact with guests by greeting and providing excellent service
• Give venue safety spiel to guests
• Keep all assigned areas clean and sanitary, including emptying trash, sweeping, mopping, and detail cleaning
• Monitor guest safety in the dining area and properly address safety concerns
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Set up and break down guest dining area

Job Requirements:

• Complete and successfully pass required SafeStaff training
• Comfortable and able to work with all food types, including food allergens in any dining facility
• At least 18 years of age
• Complete provided RCS Responsible Vendor Training (alcohol)
• Communicate effectively with ambassadors, guests and leadership

Qualification & Experience:

• Bend, reach, twist, and turn with complete flexibility
• Work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions and temperature extremes
• Comfortable with completing all cleaning duties, including use of cleaning chemicals
• Maintain composure in stressful situations, multitask, make quick decisions, and adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environment
• Push/pull up to 55 pounds
• Previous guest service experience
• Comfortable working around water and animals
• Work varying shifts/hours based on business need, to include opening, mid-, and closing shifts; nights, weekends, and holidays
• Able to stand for 6-hour intervals
• Train on and properly use protective gear
• Move freely around work areas
• Lift and carry up to 55 pounds
• Able to operate a cash register
