Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to guest and team member needs
• Oversee assigned operating area
• Report to Supervisors and Managers regarding the status of projects
• Create and maintain units team rotation grid
• Perform other miscellaneous tasks as required
• Ensure a safe environment for all team members, guests, and animals
• Maintain and track supply inventory and equipment
• Responsible for overseeing and completing opening and closing procedures
• Oversee completion of daily opening and closing procedures
• Maintain the highest level of cleanliness in the park, conduct quality inspections of assigned areas, and follow up on any opportunities to improve
• Ensure compliance to all state/federal regulations, park policies, and department procedures
• Responsible for the development of OJT’s and team members by providing training, feedback, and coaching
• Utilize problem solving skills to ensure positive guest/ ambassador resolutions as needed

Job Requirements:

• Ability to operate and maneuver in/around tight spaces
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to climb stairs/ladders
• Ability to complete provided CPR/AED training/certification
• Ability to use heavy equipment for cleaning
• Comfortable with exposure to noise and vibrations
• Available to work overnight shifts
• At least 18 years old
• Have 3 days of unrestricted availability, to include one weekend day
• Ability to lift, push and pull 50 pounds
• Ability to be trained and certified at all assigned areas

Qualification & Experience:

• Ability to train on and properly use protective gear
• Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging situations
• Comfortable working around water
• Comfortable speaking in front of large groups of guests and team members
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and temperature extremes
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Excellent computer skills, ability to work multiple selling systems preferred
• Ability to work comfortably outdoors at heights
• Previous cash handling experience preferred
• Comfortable working around fumes/dust/odor
• Valid state driver’s license and be able to obtain a company driver’s license
• Ability to bend, sit, stand, squat, stoop, walk, kneel, reach with hands and arms at shoulder level or below, climb and reach with hands and arms above shoulder level
• Leadership experience preferred
• Possession or pursuit of a bachelor’s degree preferred
• Have a working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
