Job Description:

  • You own, define and design mutually beneficial customer marketing campaigns for both prospects and existing customers. This entails being highly personalised and relevant whilst also meeting commercial and strategic performance targets. You’ll implement specific campaigns in line with commercial and marketing objectives whilst coordinating across the wider enterprise team to make sure all campaign activity is aligned.

Job Responsibilities:

  • You use insight from marketing decisioning, analytics and work with the campaign delivery team to optimise campaigns as well as identifying new opportunities and content engagement opportunities.
  • On major projects you will take the lead for the team and be accountable for delivering the signed off marketing plans. This will include managing internal and external stakeholders to delivery against agreed milestone plans.
  • You work across the SME marketing team to execute marketing plans for both existing and new customers using BTL channels to meet financial targets and measures.
  • You will support the Senior Marketing manager in developing the base marketing strategy to drive growth ( volume/value and NPS) and retentions.
  • You maximise base campaigns using the following: emails, mobile marketing e.g SMS/MMS/RCS/wraps, direct mail, digital, paid media, adobe marketing suite, telemarketing.
  • You manage relationships with suppliers, agencies and internal teams to make sure that your marketing campaigns are successful.

Job Requirements:

  • Campaign Planning: You use insights to develop creative campaigns which bring our brands to life. You review and report on campaign impact and effectiveness.
  • Marketing communications: You develop multi-channel marketing communications to maximise engagement. You make sure our messaging is consistent and well written. You review and report on the impact and effectiveness of our communications using it as a benchmark to move forward.
  • Tech Savvy: You partner with other areas of the business and other organisations to develop understanding of new Technologies and how we can use them to drive ease of doing business.
  • Customer Insight: You build and apply deep knowledge of our SME customers, their context and preferences. You analyse and evaluate data to identify and maximise opportunities and generate recommendations for growth.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Previous experience working in a marketing role.
  • Experience of working in a commercial, fast moving environment.
  • Experience of managing and influencing multiple internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the business.
