Job Description:

Managed Cloud Security (Prisma Access) is designed to protect all users, including those within the corporate network as well as mobile and distributed workers. As a cloud-based service, this means no hardware is required to be dispatched to the customer. This product is provided to customers using market leading Palo Alto equipment, but with a BT management wrap.

Job Responsibilities:

• Executes the cloud security services portfolio strategy via product launch, in-life management and withdrawal
• Prices commercial portfolio based on market pricing analysis and principles, and optimising the cost base
• Uses BT’s performance and development tools to create a high performing and motivated team
• Responsible for recommending the roadmap for your products, enabling Managed Security Services (MSS) Team to achieve its goal
• Manages key vendors from a product roadmap perspective, understanding their portfolio, and tracking performance
• Manage and track the Product CAPEX budget
• Works with Product Managers across Security, Global and Enterprise to ensure products are integrated to form repeatable security solutions

Job Requirements:

• In depth knowledge of the global security market, including customer, consumer and competitive insights
• Story-telling with data: strong skills in building the case for improvement and growth, using data analysis to underpin the message and communicating this to the business audience
• Ability to pull high performing virtual teams together to deliver complex solutions
• Technical knowledge of the processes that underpin customer service delivery and assurance to maximise customer experience and product performance
• Business acumen: Proven success in P&L ownership and achieving commercial success
