Job Description:
As the Senior Manager, Brand Food and Beverage (F&B) Development – Americas, you will handle the Full Service, Luxury and Lifestyle brand categories, including alignment with brand standards, development of relevant and contemporary F&B concepts which are aimed at driving recognition of Hilton brands, improving the brands’ Food and Beverage reputation and bringing value for owners in region.
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate F&B concepts for regional suitability and alignment with Brand Standards and make recommendations on placement within assigned projects.
- Provide owners, asset managers, operators and relevant parties access and orientation to Hilton’s online Food & Beverage Portfolio of concepts at http://hiltonfoodandbeverageportfolio.com/.
- Brand advocate with owners and operators to existing F&B resources, tools and standard methodologies that position Hilton as “Easy to do Business with”.
- Conduct market research to ascertain regional suitability of concepts, comp set, target audience and economic factors.
- Facilitate market entry of new Hilton Restaurant and Bar concepts and provides brand advice to owners, asset, managers and operators.
- Handle Technical F&B Kitchen Design Plan reviews.
- Provide Brand F&B support at initial launch and implementation of prototypical concepts at main locations and schedules regular post opening reviews with F&B Operations, BPS and operators.
- Develop well-defined bespoke F&B concepts where required.
- Provide concept support (when requested) to existing managed hotels with approved funds for CAPEX projects.
- Present detailed F&B concept briefs for review by internal partners, including Food & Beverage Operations, Technical Services, Architecture & Design, and Brand Heads and their representatives as well to ownership, asset managers and their representatives either in person or via Web-Ex.
- Ensure coordination and build relationships among key partners, including Brands, Hotel Operations, Technical Services, Architecture & Design, and Supply Management in support of F&B concepts.
- Ensure regular communication and meetings with regional Directors of F&B Operations, BPS, brand leadership and other internal partners.
- Advise ownership regarding suitable third-party brand partners after consultation with Director of Brand Food & Beverage and F&B Operations in region.
- Update working schedules and task completion dates based on project deadlines and tracks progress.
- Effectively balance projects and relationships with third party partners, including vendors, designers, consultants and concept partners.
- Identify brand meaningful restaurant operators and concept partners and makes recommendations as required.
- Handle departmental budgets with adjustments as necessary and ensures accurate tracking of disbursements.
- Drive Quality, Consistency and Accountability within F&B Development.
- Assist the Director, Brand Food & Beverage Development, with ad hoc and special projects as needed.

Qualification & Experience:
- BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
- Degree in Culinary, Interior Design or Food & Beverage Management
- Creative, design, or advisory related work experience in Food and Beverage
- Experience managing across regions: US, Canada, Mexico, South and Central America
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
