Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal discussions around DEI mission
- Partner with TES Business Management team to handle all activities related to resource planning, hiring and onboarding
- Identify opportunities to retain and upskill talent
- Develop and coordinate onboarding programs and training materials
- Oversee Consultant allocations, utilization and mapping to each technology program & squats
- Establish an internal Employee Resource Hub
- Create and Coordinate employee development programs and ensure outcomes are delivered
- Implement and broadcast recruiting and employee metrics and measures
- Review and enhance our talent acquisition strategy
- Develop, establish and run people manager forums
Qualification & Experience:
- Strong at developing and maintaining relationships across all levels of the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 4-6 years’ experience in Business management, Business Relationship Management, or Human Resources
- Experience with developing performance management models and reports
- Experience with handling talent acquisition, onboarding and management
- Shown ability to establish and lead talent development programs
- Ability to define and align with the organization’s business and strategic objectives
- Excellent multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with developing employee learning and upskilling content and materials
