Job Responsibilities: Coordinate internal discussions around DEI mission Partner with TES Business Management team to handle all activities related to resource planning, hiring and onboarding Identify opportunities to retain and upskill talent Develop and coordinate onboarding programs and training materials Oversee Consultant allocations, utilization and mapping to each technology program & squats Establish an internal Employee Resource Hub Create and Coordinate employee development programs and ensure outcomes are delivered Implement and broadcast recruiting and employee metrics and measures Review and enhance our talent acquisition strategy Develop, establish and run people manager forums Qualification & Experience: Strong at developing and maintaining relationships across all levels of the organization Excellent written and verbal communication skills 4-6 years’ experience in Business management, Business Relationship Management, or Human Resources Experience with developing performance management models and reports Experience with handling talent acquisition, onboarding and management Shown ability to establish and lead talent development programs Ability to define and align with the organization’s business and strategic objectives Excellent multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail Bachelor’s degree Experience with developing employee learning and upskilling content and materials Job Details: Company: Blackrock Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Philadelphia, PA, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
