Job Responsibilities:

• Working in a true continuous improvement environment in a motivated self-regulating team
• As a full Stack Developer you will lead the design and build of customer facing and internal applications using a range of the latest technologies including TypeScript, Azure Functions, React and React Native.
• Have plenty of opportunity to learn new things, as well as coaching and mentoring others
• Participate in the full software life cycle, including support and continuous integration
• Create high quality software using Agile methodologies
• Be part of an exciting new Rewards project building the Asda Rewards App in React Native.

Job Requirements:

• Experience with RESTful services integration
• Hands on, demonstrable experience of designing solutions for feature requirements in the Agile Scrum teams and translating these into high quality code
• Knowledge and experience of a wide range of Agile methodologies and best practices (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc)
• Experience using Continuous Integration (Jenkins, Azure pipelines etc)
• Working with cloud-based platforms, especially Azure
• Strong experience in JavaScript, Typescript, Node and React Native
• Building mobile application for iOS or Android and use of TypeScript
• A good understanding of automation testing for React Native applications
