Considered a specialist in this area, you will drive Hilton Sales Excellence through the leadership, direction, support and development of our sales team in order to maximise revenue generation.

You will be the driving force of sales strategies, account revenue development and customer relationships, leveraging Hilton resources in order to maximise profitability for our owned and operated hotels within the South Region.

Job Responsibilities:

• Used to dealing with multiple stakeholders within hotels
• Ability to work well under time pressure and/or demanding travel schedules

Job Requirements:

• Excellent selling capabilities and the ability and desire to coach selling techniques to Team Members
• Strong leadership skills, whereas it is evident that you can effectively manage and motivate a team to perform beyond expectations

Qualification & Experience:

• Strong analytical skills so to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges
• Similar role of responsible for multiple hotels and sales teams
