You must be able to understand complex situations and explain these in a simple and structured way to relevant stakeholders. You will need to be able to work with all levels of the business, in an assertive yet agile way and have a high sense of ownership in your work. You must be detailed, inclusive, a team player, keen to learn and able to prioritize, you will need to be confident to share concerns and struggles and be willing to learn and improve on those.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with cross-function departments (Marketing, Finance, Purchasing, Sales).
  • Create, update and maintain size curves refelecting customer buy behaviour.
  • Create analyses and statistics supporting RDP.
  • Adhere to local and global timelines and deadlines.
  • Responsible to support the creation and update of the Rolling Demand Plan (RDP) for defined business segments on article level for wholesale, in line with the Integrated Business Plan and Budget.
  • Monitor pre-order business to support re-order availability.
  • Forecast extrapolation.
  • Observe customer accounts regarding changes, opportunities and risks.
  • Balance the product availability for the re-order period.
  • Monthly distribution of the RDP reflecting customer demand patterns.

Job Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power point, Word)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Desired SAP knowledge (APO & AFS)
  • Excellent numerical skills
  • Fluent in English

Qualification & Experience:

  • Two years of experience in demand planning or a similar field preferably in the sporting goods industry
