Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize Workiva reporting software for preparation of filings
- Manage intangible assets detail file
- Assist with XBRL tagging of financial statements and footnotes
- Assist with monthly debt rollforward
- Perform month-end and quarter-end close procedures
- Assist with preparation of the Company’s 10-Q and 10-K filings in accordance with FASB and SEC requirements
- Prepare and analyze supporting financial files
- Assist with US GAAP disclosure checklist
- Assist with stock-based compensation accounting and reporting
- Draft and compile support for financial statements, footnote disclosures and MD&A
- Prepare account reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze regional analytics
- Work with divisions and other groups (Treasury, Employee Benefits, Tax, etc.) as needed
- Prepare quarterly lease entry and related reconciliations

Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in accounting or finance
- Knowledge of US GAAP
- Minimum of three years of experience in accounting, auditing and/or financial analysis
- KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Certified Public Accountant
