Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Workiva reporting software for preparation of filings
  • Manage intangible assets detail file
  • Assist with XBRL tagging of financial statements and footnotes
  • Assist with monthly debt rollforward
  • Perform month-end and quarter-end close procedures
  • Assist with preparation of the Company’s 10-Q and 10-K filings in accordance with FASB and SEC requirements
  • Prepare and analyze supporting financial files
  • Assist with US GAAP disclosure checklist
  • Assist with stock-based compensation accounting and reporting
  • Draft and compile support for financial statements, footnote disclosures and MD&A
  • Prepare account reconciliations
  • Prepare and analyze regional analytics
  • Work with divisions and other groups (Treasury, Employee Benefits, Tax, etc.) as needed
  • Prepare quarterly lease entry and related reconciliations

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a major in accounting or finance
  • Knowledge of US GAAP
  • Minimum of three years of experience in accounting, auditing and/or financial analysis
  • KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
  • Certified Public Accountant
  • Required
