Job Description: The Sr. Financial Analyst will analyze and evaluate the performance of the organization's financial, operational, and managerial processes systems to identify risks, areas for improvement, and to ensure that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards. You will collect, examine, analyze, and verify information about the organization's systems and processes by reviewing manuals, policies, reports, financial statements, and other written materials, and by interviewing organizational members where required. Identify, analyze, and document aspects of the organization's systems and processes that do not comply with regulations, laws, and standards or do not comply with the organization's policies and operating procedures. Job Responsibilities: Act as a Business Partner for local management and be responsible for driving and managing the financial performance of the plant. Preparation of the sites monthly accounts + projections + annual budget Setting of the annual product costs and drives cost leverage to improve operating results. Sets up/maintains a compliant internal control environment in agreement to Stryker, US-GAAP , policies and guidelines. Maintain the integrity of supporting financial systems Job Requirements: A 'can-do' attitude to all business challenges. Self-directed with an ability to build & sustain collaborative relationships at all levels both within the organization and with third parties.
