Job Description: Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Job Responsibilities: Support operations as needed to ensure systems and all interfaces are meeting customer requirements Facilitate cross-functional meetings to review, log, and follow-up on common errors, issues, and complaints allowing for a seamless continuous improvement plan to be developed and implemented Review and correct daily errors between Commerce Sites and ERP systems, including maintaining logs of issues, resolutions, and communications for root cause analysis Identify areas for process improvements to ensure a seamless customer service experience Perform training to other users as required Maintain documentation of existing and new process Update and manage marketing & business requests in Shop Sites such as banners, graphics, and promotions Assist with testing of any changes to the digital environment Perform day to day activities of creating/changing products and accounts, including updating tax exempt statuses in Shop Sites Perform monthly audits of product, content, and pricing for catalogs on the commerce site for accuracy by communicating with other departments and correcting discrepancies as needed to ensure accuracy of product catalog Qualification & Experience: Education: Associates Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field required Years of Experience: 2 or more years of marketing/communications and/or customer service and ecommerce experience required Software Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Job Details: Company: Textron Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Augusta, GA, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
