Job Description: Employees in this role demonstrate resourcefulness using inter-utility databases and available systems for identifying and locating responsible parties with outstanding accounts. The successful candidate helps minimize complaints to the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) by remaining sensitive to customer needs and follows established guidelines to recover delinquent accounts.
