Job Description: Serves as member of human resources team to contribute to overall effectiveness of the recruiting function. This role is an active and participatory member of the HR team, promoting and demonstrating LEGOLAND’s culture and core values through corresponding behavior and actions. Job Responsibilities: Create a process for recruiting data collection and present findings on a quarterly basis; while working with the HR Director to gather insights and inform and adjust strategy as needed Leverage multiple recruiting sources and techniques to identify and engage active and passive candidates, including LinkedIn, search engines, niche job boards, social media, user groups, and blogs Review candidate profiles, screen resumes, and update candidate status in our applicant tracking system Conduct a thorough prescreen of all prospects prior to presenting to hiring manager for consideration Foster and cultivate an atmosphere of collaboration and teamwork across all relevant internal stakeholders, from senior leadership to hiring managers Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipelines for core roles across multiple strategic business units Work closely with the HR Business Partners and Key Leadership to devise and implement a tailored recruiting strategy based on business needs and industry norms Job Requirements: Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing 2+ years of experience managing an applicant tracking system or equivalent software 2+ years of relevant work experience, either in house at an agency or at a staffing firm Qualification & Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite such as Word, Outlook, Excel and Teams Exceptional interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to collaborate and build relationships at all levels of an organization Solutions oriented mindset Strong planning & organizational skills Job Details: Company: Merlin Entertainments Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Goshen, NY, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
