Job Description: As a Baker, you’ll ensure only the finest baked products are made and packaged for our parks. This involves producing delicious pastries, desserts, and other baked goods in order to deliver an exceptional experience to guests and Ambassadors alike Job Responsibilities: Consistently practices safe work habits Mix, scale, and bake a wide variety of products Operate commercial kitchen equipment Work as part of a team to provide excellent guest service Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors and our Guests Perform other duties as assigned Follow and measure recipes Ensure proper set up and breakdown of equipment Perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties Job Requirements: Perform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing) Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift and climb/ascend heights, if needed Perform cleaning duties; including use of cleaning chemicals Able to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 50 lbs. Position may be exposed to fumes, dust, odors and cold/heat temperature extremes Able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat.
