Job Description: The Financial Analyst will report to the Vice President, Pricing Strategy and FP&A and will be responsible for providing analytical and business decision support to management team through financial modeling. You will play a key part in creating a process of gathering inputs for monthly, quarterly and annual strategic planning. Job Requirements: Compare anticipated and actual results and identify areas of improvement Coordinate with department owners to present monthly financial update Conduct thorough research of historical financial data and review accounting transactions for data accuracy Develop and maintain monthly recurring management reports such as revenue, costing, and gross margin reporting Maintain confidentiality of financial information and investment decisions Analyze and accurately report on current trends and present findings to management team Assist in forecast preparation, budgeting, and variance analysis Qualification & Experience: Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts MBA is preferred 3-4 years’ experience in a finance/accounting role Proven work experience as a Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Analyst, or similar role Familiarity with finance databases Excellent analytical skills Expertise in MS Excel (using advanced formulas and pivot tables) Hands-on experience with financial and statistical software Demonstrable strategic thinking skills Bachelor’s degree in finance Job Details: Company: Cigna Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Steubenville, OH, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
