Job Responsibilities: Transcribe and enter Serve Member referral information from Department of Defense forms into military databases Conduct interviews and review / discuss information on the Department of Defense Forms with Service members through inbound telephone calls Practice within the scope of their licensure Complete required data entry into internal / external databases Validate and electronically sign form to complete entry of information into appropriate database Job Requirements: Previous call center experience Previous VA and/or military experience Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving quality goals Previous behavioral health experience, ideally with the identification, diagnosis or treatment of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office, Electronic Health Records, and databases Current, active, and unrestricted licensure as a NP in more than one of the following states: Alaska, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming Qualification & Experience: Current, active, and unrestricted licensure as a NP in the state in which you currently reside Available to work some evenings and weekends; Typical business hours are Monday through Friday, 7 AM-10 PM Central time, and Saturday 7 AM-3 PM Central time Current, active, and unrestricted licensure as a NP in one or more of the following states: Alaska, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming Master’s degree from an accredited university in a Nurse Practitioner program 1+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner with an emphasis in primary care Available to attend one week of training in La Crosse, WI Job Details: Company: UnitedHealthcare Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Phoenix, AZ, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
