Job Description: The Credit Fraud Team helps protect our customers from all aspects of fraudulent activity on their accounts. They do this by leveraging industry standard fraud detection tools, real-time data and, most importantly, well-honed critical thinking skills, excellent “in the moment” decision making ability and exceptional customer service. Our fraud specialists collectively have saved Nordstrom and our customers tens of millions of dollars a year in fraud losses…annually!
