Job Description: We are looking for a hard-working, high energy Restaurant Manager to join our growing team of restaurant professionals in the Philadelphia area. As a Dunkin’ Donuts Restaurant Manager, you are responsible in managing the store's financial performance, budgets, payroll and overall store operations. The Restaurant Manager will report directly to their District Manager. Job Responsibilities: Ensures customer satisfaction through effective and efficient service and a clean and pleasant environment. Manages financial performance to budgets, focusing on payroll, cash and receipts, productivity, food costs, security of funds and operating expenses and adheres to cash management policies Hire, promote, orientate, and retain effective crew talent. Responsible for duties such as ensuring that all menu items are prepared, portioned, and presented properly in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner according to all established procedures, performance standards, and specifications.
