Job Description: Panera, LLC is seeking a talented Quality Assurance Analyst Temp to join the eCommerce Services team. The QA Analyst is primarily responsible for testing all software products that are either built in-house or supported by the eCommerce Services and Data Architecture team. They partner with internal stakeholders to plan, test, and implement all software changes to ensure that products conform to the desired quality standard. They are accountable for defects and ensuring that systems are operational and “client ready”. Job Responsibilities: Plan, test, and implement all software changes resulting from work orders Provide reporting on defect tracking and escalate technical issues as needed Develop and document step-by-step test cases based on the software requirements elicited by business analysts and software developers Partner with distributed teams, outside vendors or offshore testing partners Identify, log, and track defects Develop testing strategy and user accepting testing test plan Develop test scripts to automate manual repeatable time intensive tasks Follow standards in accordance with company policy and regulation Develop and maintain testing standards, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistent testing procedures Prioritize test scenarios and execute according to plan Job Requirements: Experience with automated functional GUI test tools and/or with programming languages (primarily Java and Javascript) Solid understanding of relational databases Ability to conduct manual and automated testing Preferred familiarity with document databases Solid understanding of both REST and SOAP webservices Qualification & Experience: Experience writing test plans and test case We offer a cool and colorful place to work where you are surrounded by other people who want to be here.
