Our Plywood facility in Madison, GA is looking for an Electrical Planner to join their team. Job Responsibilities: Works with the OMG, Materials Coordinator and Scheduler to assist in maintenance work prioritization Review work orders to identify any special services requirements and material requirements Share MP2 knowledge assisting employees in training and tracking of work order processes Lead root cause failure analysis process tracking and development of failure mitigation Track and schedule training programs for maintenance employees Work with the purchasing department and enters a material request Promote safe and compliant work culture Post and distribute metrics regarding PM program performance, while continuing to refine preventative maintenance and reliability processes Define benchmarks, milestones and track metrics to measure continuous improvement Review all work orders in MP2 that require formal planning, decide whether a field check is required, and assemble a job plan that includes any specialty service needs, a bill of material and all necessary permits Job Requirements: High school diploma or GED Maintenance reliability experience in a manufacturing or production environment Willing and able to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, to include wearing safety equipment, i.e.: safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toed boots and other PPE as required by specific jobs Willing and able to work independently Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and MP2 or other maintenance planning software Willing and able to work in a hot, humid, cold, and noisy industrial environment Willing and able to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed Qualification & Experience: Knowledge of lumber or plywood industry Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or equivalent manufacturing experience Job Details: Company: Georgia Pacific Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Madison, GA, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
