As a Claims Associate in our Auto Injury Department, you will be part of a special team that plays a critical role in serving our customers the injury claim process! Job Responsibilities: Communicating with team members, business partners, and external customers which may require contact by telephone, written correspondence, in-person, or other electronic media. Applying knowledge of insurance contracts and endorsements, state laws and regulations, customer service philosophy, automotive repair methods and parts, medical and anatomical terminology, within approved limits. Organizing and processing assigned work and large volumes of claims utilizing appropriate procedures. Following standard claim processes. Working in partnership with the Claim Specialist to handle and settle both injury and property damage claims. Consistently delivering a remarkable customer experience.
