We are looking for a Sr. Analyst to join our Bank Account Opening Strategy & Analytics team! We work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing partners to drive growth for our consumer banking business (Checking & Savings accounts). Expect to tackle a wide variety of projects, such as: Analyzing user click-stream data to optimize the account opening web experience and convert more customers, finding the best ways for customers to fund their accounts and bring deposits to Capital One, and minimizing friction for our identity verification processes. Job Responsibilities: Execution: Involve problem frame-works, develop hypotheses, test and analysis, solution development, scope operational feasibility, lead implementation efforts and develop a monitoring plan Marketing: Support direct-to-consumer marketing efforts for select products, and strategic intent for products distributed through the retail channel. Help build targeted insights to inform the design and development of new customer experiences, as well as breakthrough technology and concepts designed to deliver on new go to market strategies Strategic & analytic orientation: A proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics.
