Job Description: As Senior Director of Program Management for the Brand Portfolio and Strategic Partnerships you will develop and lead initiatives to build and positively impact how JWN is viewed by the vendor community. Success is measured in terms of return on investment, new capabilities, benefit delivery, brand survey results vs benchmark. Leadership style focuses on providing a vision for the future, managing relationships, building trust, collaboration and flexibility, all on an internal and external basis. Job Responsibilities: Interacts directly with brand leaders to collaborate and communicate brand direction on behalf of JWN Leads with consumer insights, analytics, marketing, and other teams to delivery customer centric priorities and insights to internal and external stakeholders Partners with other Brand Programs leaders and teams to prioritize brand initiatives and ensure cross functional solution support occurs Interacts directly with CMO, GMM, DMM to ensure cross divisional alignment on JWN priorities with brands Visions internal and external program guardrails, requirements, participants Leads steering committees, sets the agenda and is viewed as a key cross functional resource Sets priorities for the team and ensures deliverables meet JWN brand standards Creates the engagement framework and sets brand initiative scope in partnership with VP, CMO, and GMMs Leads conversations with brand principals on brand priorities across JWN Accountable for Strategic Brand relationships and setting the vision, direction for brand programs Sets, builds, and executes integrated plans across multiple internal and external teams Visions multi-year roadmap to build, collaborate, and communicate brand portfolio priorities Job Requirements: Strategically influences timing and rationale for priorities Listens to effectively assimilate and consider multiple perspectives Influences stakeholder expectations through direct internal & external relationships Acts a leader and mentor to others on the team and across Nordstrom Merchant Group and Stakeholders Communicates clearly, concisely through ET level (internal & External) Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills Builds a high performing talent diverse team Qualification & Experience: A strategic, highly analytical background in a data driven role 10+ years of Program management experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Proficiency in MS Office suite Minimum 5 years of retail operations or related experience including vendor relationship management Demonstrated understanding of industry retail and the service environment of Nordstrom Job Details: Company: Nordstrom Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Seattle, WA, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
