Job Description: The Sponsorship & Events Manager develops global sponsorship and events strategies in alignment with corporate, region, or business unit goals to achieve business results. He/She executes the strategy and leads the development of a fully integrated activation and communications plan to drive international business results from corporate sponsorship investments. This position regularly presents to leadership. Job Responsibilities: Oversees the financial aspects of the programs/platforms Plans and executes assignments that are on strategy, on time and on budget Creates annual plans including objectives, competitive analysis, audience definition, tactics, resources, timeline, budget and deliverables) to set expectations and guide plan execution Tracks and reports on sponsorship return on investment (ROI) Understands cultural nuances in key international markets to leverage sponsorship assets appropriately Leads the development of strategic sponsorship activation plans and solutions which deliver results based on the targeted KPIs Manages 3rd party agencies, guiding their efficacy and ensuring timely delivery of sponsor communications and assets Manages other team members Collaborates with Marketing and Sales teams to understand international region/district business priorities and incorporate those into sponsorship strategy and activation Job Requirements: Proven track record assuming ownership, moving quickly to implement ideas, and delivering results and in a fast-paced environment Experience with intricate and complicated timelines and program schedules Demonstrated competence in managing communications, deliverables and logistics Ability to work autonomously Demonstrated ability to work independently in fast-paced environment 5-7 years of relevant work experience in related areas of international sponsorship, project management, event management, or marketing Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) in Advertising, Communications, Marketing or a related field - Preferred Master’s Degree (or internationally comparable degree) - Preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management, resource management, organizational, and planning skills Job Details: Company: UPS Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Atlanta, GA, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
