Job Description: The Entry Level Payroll Administrator is responsible for processing the bi-weekly Payroll for Aéropostale and Nautica. Research and reconcile payroll and time/attendance issues. Work with the Payroll Manager to process all payroll adjustments and exceptions. Job Responsibilities: Ensures that payroll-related transactions are processed in compliance with external and internal policies Processes organization’s payroll and compiles payroll data to maintain accurate payroll records Performs actions necessary to track and determine regular and overtime pay Performs other related clerical payroll duties as assigned Participates in problem solving and special projects with the Payroll Department Reviews and processes payroll adjustments including reviewing/adjusting overtime versus halftime hours, vacation, sick and other time off Fields and responds to payroll inquiries via phone and email communications and resolves discrepancies as required Audits payroll information for accuracy Reconciles payroll deposits and direct deposit credits (returned funds) Job Requirements: Must have excellent organizational and communication skills Experience using Dayforce a plus Must have excellent computer skills Qualification & Experience: Must have a Bachelors degree 1 to 2 years experience as a Payroll Administrator Must be able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment Job Details: Company: Aeropostale Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Lyndhurst, New Jersey, United States Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
