Job Description: The Univision Agency is currently seeking a highly motivated and creative leader for the position of Multimedia Novela Manager, Creative Strategy. The Agency serves as the creative services division of the Univision Communications marketing division. It oversees creative for Univision, UniMás and Galavisión Networks producing all their on-air promotions, radio spots, digital assets, and OOH. Under direct guidance and supervision of the Senior Creative Director for the Agency, this individual will be responsible for aligning strategies and messaging across all marketing platforms, developing the integration of the creative direction of all promotional campaigns for linear, digital, social and radio as it pertains to Novelas . The Multimedia Novela Manager will be expected to lead the groups by inspiring creativity, innovation and organization of the most important Novela campaign launches for the networks and our clients in full 360 format. Job Responsibilities: Proactive approach in ensuring innovation on all creative Work with external production companies in the bidding process Manage all logistics during the pre-pro, production and post-production process Work with the media department in the planning and execution of the campaigns Serve as liaison with key stakeholders and content creators Initiate the creative process for launch campaigns Lead creative brainstorm meetings Work closely with Account Managers in organizing & coordinating deliverables Job Requirements: Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States Must be willing to travel up to 25% Willingness to work overtime and on weekends with short notice Must be willing to work from offices in Miami, FL Must be willing to submit to a background investigation Qualification & Experience: Ability to collaborate with peers and senior leaders in reaching consensus Experience in coaching & providing direction to creative teams Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or relevant experience 7+ years’ experience in leading creative & promotions teams (US Hispanic Market) Excellent leadership skills Job Details: Company: Univision Communications Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Miami, FL, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
