Job Description: Primary area of responsibility includes the Washington DC metropolitan region, with some duties in western Maryland, central Pennsylvania, and southern Virginia geographies. Manages the development of quality, profitable new Dunkin’ and Baskin Robbins restaurants and the transformational upgrading of existing Dunkin’ and Baskin Robbins restaurants to maximize the market share captured by our brands. This is accomplished through on-going sourcing of opportunities and consultations with our Franchisees, real estate brokers, developers, landlords, governmental authorities, and other Dunkin’ Brands employees to drive strategic outcomes. Job Responsibilities: To lead, align, and manage franchisee organizations and cross-functional partners in the timely completion of Dunkin’ Brands Restaurant Development Process (RDP) from inception to beyond the restaurants opening and grand opening To process and evaluate new site submissions in accordance with the RDP, with specific focus on gaining conditional real estate approval, attaining an approved lease, franchisee entity, and franchise agreement Maintain a constant in-field presence and frequent touch with franchisees and other key partners to identify new traditional and non-traditional development and relocation opportunities Job Requirements: To source and drive development of non-traditional opportunities, including government, education, business, airports, gas convenience, and other venues To collaborate with team members in the execution of annual Franchise Network Growth Plan assessments and planning sessions to drive key strategies and results To source real estate opportunities, substantially meeting our preferred site criteria to present to franchisees or corporately development Qualification & Experience: Minimum five years’ experience in commercial real estate management in a multi-unit restaurant or retail environment Experience in development involving independent franchisees is preferable Minimum 4-year degree in real estate, business or related discipline Job Details: Company: Baskin Robbins Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Washington, DC, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
