Job Description: The HR Coordinator, Business Center is responsible for helping customers with fulfilling mail, copy, and print requests. The position is also responsible for providing high levels of customer service and satisfaction, as well as offering solutions and suggestions on how orders may be improved. This position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to suggest products and/or services. Job Responsibilities: Ensure the confidentiality of all material processed. Provide delivery and pick-up of mail, both intercompany, non-metered and incoming/outgoing metered US mail, certified, insured, registered, and express overnight mail throughout the building. Evaluate shipping requests from business owners to provide recommendations on shipping options to reduce cost to the business. Maintain safe work guidelines in and out of the mail center by understanding and following company safety rules and practices. Operate all Mail Services equipment to include UPS machine, FedEx machine, US postal metered machine, and hand-held devices for processing incoming packages. Ensure the confidentiality of all material processed. Interpret written instructions on Copy Instructions forms, email correspondence, or online order requests for completion of print jobs. Evaluate print requests from business owners to provide recommendations on print output and solutions to reduce cost to the business. Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding established deadlines. Make service calls to manufacturer/dealerships and maintaining logs of these calls. Must be familiar with trends and characteristics of all equipment maintained at the PetSmart facility. Operate all Print Services equipment to include copy machines, bindery equipment, laminator, shrink wrapper, etc. Job Requirements: Able to demonstrate time management skills and organizational skills. Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc) required. Able to work well in a team environment and independently. Basic knowledge of postal handling computer systems to receive and deliver parcels. Demonstrated excellent customer service and communication skills. Able to demonstrate multitasking skills, i.e. able to handle multiple projects at one time. Qualification & Experience: 1 to 3 years’ experience in business center, mail room, or amenities support preferred. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
