Job Description: As a Merch Flow manager you are the champion of every style, size and color being represented on the Sales Floor every day! Your passion for filling the floor ensures our customers have a great experience in the store and drives sales. Job Responsibilities: Detail orientated. See opportunities instead of problems. Enjoy finding new and efficient ways to do things. Love to be part of a team, but can work independently. Multi-tasker. Job Requirements: Understand and execute the Merch Flow Expectations. Communicate product/marketing issues with managers daily. Maintain a neat, clean and organized stockroom and coach associates to do the same. Partner with Managers or Senior Merchandise Flow to make sure the right amount of product is on the sales floor and minimize backstock. Support product launches (prep and execution). Qualification & Experience: Ability to prioritize and multi-task. Great customer service skills. Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business. A positive attitude and lots of energy.
