The Legal Clerical Assistant provides administrative support and calendar management for the Claims Legal operation. Job Responsibilities: Ensures assignment of attorneys to attend hearings and depositions. Communicates effectively and professionally with attorneys, legal and claims staff, court reporters, and court clerks. Prepares outgoing mail for the US Postal Service. Copy and file work as requested. Enters calendar data in multiple systems. Sorts, scans and indexes mail and legal documents. Manages calendar conflicts.
