Job Description: UPS Capital, a financial subsidiary of UPS, is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Parcel Pro group. This position primarily provides customer service by answering high volume of incoming calls and assisting customers with customer accounts, services and questions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced office environment and have strong technology, analytical, oral and written communication, problem solving and time management skills.
