Job Description: Univision is seeking a senior accountant to support the Finance, Record to Report team for Networks. This candidate will be involved in all aspects of the monthly accounting close process. Job Responsibilities: Assist in the monthly closing process by preparing and uploading journal entries Assist in the preparation of Financial package by preparing reports for various budget vs. actual schedules so that management can analyze company performance Assist in gathering support for the audit requests and other projects Prepare various general ledger account analyses in Excel by reviewing transactions within the general ledger to ensure accurate activity within the account Prepare Bank Reconciliations for several accounts and prepare necessary journal entries Prepare and maintain recurring entries Assist in preparation of the Quarterly FLUX analysis book Job Requirements: Must be willing to work from office in Teaneck, NJ Employment/education will be verified Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States Certified Public Accountant is a plus Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 3+ yrs.
