Job Description: The Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic business partner for the Neiman Marcus Supply Chain facility located in Dallas, Texas. Job Responsibilities: Provide oversight of the day-to-day operation of Human Resources office Develop, implement and evaluate improvement/processes to streamline and promote efficiency within the HR department and the facility Oversee/facilitate the new hire on boarding process Implement recruiting and retention strategies Develop and administer employee recognition and performance management programs (Performance Office) Develop flexible staffing alternatives/programs Partner with associates and management to communicate and ensure compliance of Corporate, HR and LP policies, procedures, standards, government regulations and laws Job Requirements: Conduct investigations and administer corrective action as necessary Ensure all associate files are maintained per corporate/governmental guidelines Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local regulations regarding employment practices Maintain open communication as appropriate regarding all facility/departmental activities and issues Lead corporate citizenship initiatives Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in related field (preferred) At least 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Demonstrated leadership and management skills Superior verbal and written communication skills Must have knowledge of employment laws and policies Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational and problem solving skills Must have knowledge of employment laws and policies Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively Proven success in high volume recruiting Proficient in use of MS Office Experience with Taleo and Oracle HRIS (preferred) Certification in Human Resources (preferred) Job Details: Company: Neiman Marcus Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Dallas, TX, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
