Job Description: We’re looking for a driven high-energy professional with an account management or partner success background to join our team as a Partner Success Coordinator. In this role, you will work closely with partners and be responsible for the support of partner accounts, responding to queries, providing analytics, as well as building and applying processes to improve the partner experience. This position reports to the Partnerships Manager. This person will be an integral part of the partner onboarding process, helping and supporting partners to use their dashboard, and merchandise their product.
