Job Description: The Spectrum Sales Enablement Supervisor for Residential Direct Sales is responsible for the implementation of the new sales representatives (DSRs) development program (90-day program) that includes coaching, business performance reviews, and training. Job Responsibilities: Diagnoses and recommend training/practice modules based on the business supervisor field evaluation observations and performance metrics Assists in the coordination of training logistics for other parts of the organization as needed Leads efforts to improve new hire performance, engagement, motivation, in the initial 90-days of employment Guides each new hire group through onboarding, new-hire class training expectations Assesses new-hire performance based on job expectations and cohort group performance providing feedback and action plans to the local front line leaders. Promotes the integration of the new hire with the local teams and business leaders Coaches, practice, and role-play with new hire both tools usage (BuyFlow and Realtime) and sales skills (engagement and close) based on The Spectrum Way (virtually and in-person) Job Requirements: Strong organization and prioritization skills Successful door to door sales experience Ability to read, write, speak and understand English Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and communication tools such as WebEx Ability to maintain confidentiality Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development, Business Administration, Organization Development or related field or equivalent experience Successful sales performance in a door to door or face to face environment; 3 years Ability to assess needs and create business and performance objectives Skills in team building, relationship building, facilitation, and presentation Job Details: Company: Spectrum Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Akron, OH, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
