Job Description: The Learning Technologies Specialist is responsible for the utilization and maintenance of the Learning Management Platforms and for researching, developing, and supporting the implementation of e-learning as a methodology at Buffalo Wild Wings. Job Responsibilities: Act as an LMS admin for company and franchise sports bars and restaurants Ensure efficient enrollment data into the LMS thru integrated feeds Ensure functionality of the LMS in areas of notification and administration of training operations and assessments Clearly communicate with internal and external stakeholders impacts to and from the LMS Communicate and respond to all LMS inquiries within a timely manner Work with learning team to ensure training is available when needed and completed as required Troubleshoot and resolve basic user issues, manage roles and permissions, configure assignment profiles and groups, and update learning assets and programs in conjunction with the training needs of the organization Responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining LMS reports Understand and assess the impact of new processes and systems integrations and timelines for the LMS Job Requirements: Basic knowledge of LMS administration Customer-focused approach in attaining desired results Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes actions to resolve Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Effective time management Effective verbal and written communication Qualification & Experience: 4 Year degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience Basic understanding of graphic & web design, instructional design process, and eLearning development 1-2 year's prior LMS administration and/or eLearning development experience Experience in the hospitality and service industries Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) Job Details: Company: Buffalo Wild Wings Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Atlanta, GA, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
