Job Description: This position is responsible for safely performing rollercoaster track repairs, building and infrastructure repairs, facility inspections; as well as fabrication of signage, furniture, and structures Job Responsibilities: Inspect structures, queue lines, stairs, and buildings and repair any noted safety hazards to ensure the highest standards of safety for our guest and employees Ensure specifications set by ride manufacturers, corporate policies, and state regulations are complied with and documented appropriately Fabricate and install signs, stairs, furniture, walls, and structures as assigned Repair buildings, structures, signs, furniture, and miscellaneous items to ensure a safe and efficient operation Keep all daily repair logs and journals current and accurate of maintenance performed Inspect rides and attractions daily. Perform required repairs and document all hazards as they are identified Inventory carpentry supplies and inform leadership of needed materials Job Requirements: Must have at least 2 years of related experience and be able to work well in a team environment Required to stand, walk, and climb repeatedly Must possess normal to average corrective hearing Qualification & Experience: Must possess a valid driver's license Will be required to work various shifts as project and park needs dictate, including nights, weekends and holidays Must be able to troubleshoot clearly, calmly and safely in the presence of guests, co-workers and park management in a fast-paced environment Applicant must have strong knowledge of rough and finish carpentry as well as drywall installation.
