Job Description: Earn college credit while getting an in-depth look at what it takes to be the part of the Human Resources department at Six Flags Great Adventure! Hands on experience in multiple facets of Human Resources, including, but not limited to Recruitment, Employee Engagement, and Employee Services. Job Responsibilities: Fix and confirm time sheets for temporary and volunteer agencies. Attend/host job fairs- Providing a clear and concise view of the park, available positions and benefits. Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work” Build relationships with an array of schools and businesses in order to find potential job candidates. Screen candidates resumes and job applications. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/websites/colleges etc. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during job fairs Job Requirements: Knowledge of the park or previous theme park experience is a plus At least 18 years of age.
